| Solution I was having the same problem running Windows 7, and I think I have the solution.
Navigate to the RIM folder in your Program Files, right click the JDE folder > properties > security > edit and then click on your user profile and give yourself full control. Repeat this for the entire Java folder and you should be good to go. |
