Exclamation blackberry jde 5.0 pop-up error

i just installed blackberry jde 5.0 but everytime i try to start a new project i get this pop-up "java.io.IOException:Access is denied"

i also get this pop-up every minute "java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 5.0.0\bin\Settings.rc (Access is denied)"

can someone please help me

Are you running Vista?

If so, try starting the JDE in administrator mode.

"Unable to access jarfile IDE.jar" after running the program in administrator mode, i got this error, any ideas for solution?

Default Solution
I was having the same problem running Windows 7, and I think I have the solution.

Navigate to the RIM folder in your Program Files, right click the JDE folder > properties > security > edit and then click on your user profile and give yourself full control. Repeat this for the entire Java folder and you should be good to go.
