Default Invoking ContactList: How to get a selected contact?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to get a contact from a contact list after the user selects OR adds it. Of course, I'd like this to be as seamless as possible with the BB interface. In another thread, someone suggest I try invoking the BB address book app to do this, and that sure seemed like a good idea.

I can invoke the app and I can get the notification when the user ADDS a contact, but I can find no way to be informed when the user just SELECTS a contact. Also, once the contact is selected (or, hopefully, added), there doesn't seem to be any way for me to terminate the address book application. Anyone done this sort of thing, or is it basically not to be done?

TIA,
Allen
