Can u help me to make screen like this and when scroll down list field manager positions do not change?

You will need to write your own custom LayoutManager.

There is an example of this in the developers guide.

I done it but when scroll down list it redraw on the Managers (up and down)

huh? you done what?

You can fix the position of a field in a layout manager (if you write it to do that). You can still allow the list field in the milddle to scroll by setting it's extent to the unused are between the two button bars.

Custom Manager
