Default Fields not floating to the right where I want them to be.

Code:

VerticalFieldManager hfm = new VerticalFieldManager(USE_ALL_WIDTH);
CustomTextField txtAmount = new CustomTextField(50, 20);
txtAmount.setText("0.00");

hfm.add(new RichTextField("Amount: ", FIELD_RIGHT));
hfm.add(txtAmount);			
txtAmount.setFocusListener(focusListener);
add(hfm);
chbExternalExpense = new CheckboxField("External Expense?", false,
		Field.FIELD_RIGHT);
add(chbExternalExpense);

Using the above code I would expect the RichTextField to float to the right but it doesn't. Granted the txtAmount doesn't have the style set yet, but the RichTextField SHOULD.
