Default Multi-Column Drop-Down Menus

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to create mult-column drop-down menus containing information that is unique to each row, and to populate multiple fields in the application with the details when the menu's primary indexer is selected?

For example: Drop-down menu containing student names which would be the menu's primary indexer, and their grades for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Semesters.

STUDENT 1ST 2ND 3RD 4TH
John Doe 72% 78% 78% 80%

Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks!
