Default Screen Movement

To move from screen to screen you push and pop them off the screen 'stack' with calls like this to add a screen you push it like this:

mnscr = new MyMainscreen(this);

UiApplication.getUiApplication().pushScreen(mnscr) ;

and to go back to the screen you came from you pop it like this:

mnscr.popCurrScreen();

but in order to do that you need a reference to the main screen which needs to extend MainScreen class
