Can I create and attach a file as an attachment to e-mail?

Hello there,

Could anybody tell me regarding the following queries:
a) How can I create a file on BlackBerry?
b) How can I attach it to an email to send?
Both of the above queries are regarding the programmatic approach. That means, simply how can do it programmatically.

Any inputs are much appreciated.

a) I don't know about creating a file on the blackberry, iirc you can not.
b) See p. 23 within BlackBerry_Application_Developer_Guide_Volume_2.pd f
