Post Receiving push Notification

Please Login to Remove!

Hi..
I have a code that implements pushApplication, and also using the below code
PushApplicationDescriptor pad = new PushApplicationDescriptor( "my app id", 20558, "http://pushapi.eval.blackberry.com", serverType, ad );

Is this code workable to receive the push notification from the server.....

I am bit confused with the GlobalEventListener.....

GlobalListenerEvent is used for listening the global event in blackberry application or the notification from the server...?

Which one is true...

For having the notification in blackberry i have register with rim, got the Application ID as well as URL..... need to know the next step is to implement those thing....

I have not tested it any where.....

Which one is true
1) Implementing pushApplication API only
2) Using GlobalListener and Push Application API.....

Which one is perfect and workable for it.......

Please provide an example for it.....
