Problem with third-party software installation using Desktop Manager 4.0

Hello there,

I have downloaded one of the third party software for BlackBerry. Now while installing the same, Im getting the following error as:
"The application "<appName>" cannot be loaded because some required files are not available."

Can anybody suggest me when and why this kind of error has occured?

Hint: This third-party application has a phone dialing feature.
