Post Signing key

Please Login to Remove!

I was trying to install a software into my blackberry device using a
sign in key s(RBB, RCR, RRT) provided by blackberry.This are install was successfully. then,

from JDE build -> request signatures click to request, but it throws some
error and I received the below mail from balckberry.
"unable to request signatures until this application has been registered with all signing authentication requested"

Please help me to get the issue solved.
