Question which model to select for testing

hello eveyone
i have to test blackberry application using simulator
my ques is which blackberry model simulator shall i download
while downloading its asking for model & also OS
so which OS shall i select
model is not any particular i have to test which is compatible 2 all the other models
so can you suggest which model 2 use as i have to download that model's simulator?
