Default NullPointerException on loading debugger (before blackberry reaches the menu screen)

Please Login to Remove!

I've been developing an app for a blackberry over the last few weeks and have only encountered this problem as of late.

On loading the simulator and debugger I get a load of nullpointerexception errors which causes me for the guts of 5 mins to have to hold down F8 til it passes through each stack individually that throws the null pointer.

Here is a copy of the first stack to throw the error

Thread [net_rim_bb_elt(4)id=136563712] (Suspended (exception NullPointerException))
	MessageQueue.enqueue(Message) line: 165
	ApplicationProcess.postMessage(Message) line: 385
	Proxy(Application).invokeLaterSpecial(Runnable, int) line: 2683
	Proxy(Application).invokeLater(Runnable) line: 2657
	UserPermissions.<init>() line: 96
	ApplicationControlImpl.<clinit>() line: 80
	ApplicationControl.assertIPCAllowed(boolean) line: 435
	PersistentStore.assertPermission() line: 75
	PersistentStore.getPersistentObject(long) line: 110
	GPS.getModeStore() line: 344
	GPS.<clinit>() line: 338
	ETApplication.main(String[]) line: 39
After this I'll receive a further 50/100 Null pointer exceptions before the main menu will actually load on the simulator

I'm currently running a freshly installed windows 7 and freshly installed Eclipse and BlackBerry Java Plug-in 1.3.0 (Both downloaded from blackberry website)

Here is the total console output that I receive also before it throws the first exception
