Crossfire Tools for RIM now ready

Has any used the Crossfire tools for translation of Visual Basic .NET and C# into native J2ME applications for BlackBerry devices within Microsoft Visual Studio? It looks as if they just launched the product. Beats using current tools.

Blast, if only I had $500 to spend on this. I would LOVE to develop BB apps under C# :(

It looks interesting. But it also looks like there is a per-device runtime that must be purchased and activated - that's not so interesting...

It looks as AppForge and the Crossfire solution not only supports RIM but the Treo's and Symbian OS. It's a write once and deploy to all the major OS's. The cost should be negotiable.
