Line Restriction for Field with Scoll Arrows

Hi,
I created a AutoTextEditField & I want to set the maximum no. of lines for this field, also same time scrolling. eg. suppose want to set only 2 lines for this field. And if I tried to enter text in 3rd or more lines, then it suppose to show scroll arrow.

So please tell me whether this is possible? If YES, how....
