RAPC throws NullPointerException

Well, I am executing the following command:

rapc import="D:\ProgramSources\net_rim_api.jar" codename=SimpApp jad="C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\SimpApp.jad" "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\SimpApp.jar"

Everything works fine, it parses all imports, and at the end it says - "resolving", "optimizing" and "populating". At this point RAPC throws "Fatal Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException". It doesn't even give a point, where and why is this NULL object. How to solve this problem? Please help!
