LocationListener Problem -

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else ran into a problem with the LocationListener on the BlackBerry 7520 (using the latest handheld software v4.1.0.273)
And was able to fix it/work around it/resolve it.
I have a program that uses the LocationListener and it gets me the GPS every minute or so.
But when I turn off the phone (with the "Turn Power Off" icon or the power button) and then turn the phone back on (have it off for about 10 minutes)
I notice that the LocationListener does not give me the GPS anymore. I would have to restart my program to have it work again.
