Default ECL Code Errors when trying to Push..

Howdy folks... I have been successful in the past on a 3.6 server in getting that BES EmergencyContactList (ECL) to push out to devices. However, I'm now trying to get it to work on the new 4.1 version ad am getting some java SQL errors.

Any help woul be appreciated.
Below is a snapshot of the errors I am getting.
