The 8700 has the ability to switch between running programs / homescreen (similar to the alt tab method in windows) by holding the the alt button and using the escape button (on the right side) to switch between programs. Does anyone know how to perform this action through code? I would like to present the user (who would not know of this functionality) the option to do this so they can do other things while the program remains open.

No luck using EventInjector.KeyEvent. And I can't try EventInjector.KeyCodeEvent since it is only supported in 4.2 or later and there are no 8700 simulators using 4.2 offered by RIM (and I doubt the user will have v 4.2 anyway). Any other suggestions I could try?
