Default Kerberos vs NTLM authentication

Please Login to Remove!

I am not a blackberry developer, but i have been tasked with making sure all of my sites are Blackberry compliant. I am developing a website that requires Kerberos authentication (NOT NTLM), but I cannot seem to make the blackberry use the Kerberos authentication. I am testing using the MDS on my local machine and the 8100 emulator. I have configured the krb5.conf to point to the active directory server to get the kerberos ticket, and have given it a default domain and default realm. I am have also tried removing the NTLM providers from the MdsLogin.conf to force it to use the Kerberos provider. When i do that, it still fails on the first attempt and tries to do basic authentication which is not permitted on my web server (for security reasons). I really need kerberos so I can pass the authentication between servers. Please let me know if anyone knows a way to force the blackberry to use Kerberos and not use NTLM.

Thanks,
Justin
