Please Login to Remove!

Iam using contact information in my project
I retrieved information of all fields like name, work, home etc but i can't get one field
work 2
I think work2 field is related to phonenumber and it is internally stored in database in string format.
can any one help me get this field ?

It's not possible as far as I can tell. The BlackBerryContact interface only specifies the WORK attribute, no WORK2.

Hi,

I'm also interested in getting WORK2 and HOME2 numbers.
Did anyone found a way to read them?

IMHO if this is a no (reading home2 or work2 numbers using pim api), then blackberry is doing something pretty shxtty over here; from both sync and backup point of view.
All java application can only be sync or backup PART of the contacts telephone fields? i mean come on, if you gonna use Java platform, follow the j2me optional package properly, being creative by putting extra tele fields in your database and doesn't provide any interface for accessing them?
