hi,

In main screen i added 1 horizontal and vertcal field manager.
when i scrolldown only the fields in verticalfieldmanager should scroll no effect should be there on the horizontal fieldmanager fields.Can this be done.

Finally, i want to keep scroll effect only to some part of screen.Can this be done.Please help.

Yes that's possible. Just set the style of the horizontal manager to NO_HORIZONTAL_SCROLL|NO_HORIZONTAL_SCROLLBAR and the vertical manager to VERTICAL_SCROLL|VERTICAL_SCROLLBAR. You may have to use a fullscreen instead of mainscreen since the mainscreen automatically adds a scrollable vertical manager which holds everything.
