Here's my problem: I'm using a httpconnection to download some text files from a server. It works great on the emulator, but gives each time a ConnectionClosedException on the device.
The funny part is, that I'm using nearly identical code to the one above to send an email from the app, (the email information is sent with a get request to a php script which sends the email) and sending the email works(i get a correct "email sent" text from the server).

What do you think? What could be the problem? Maybe some settings in the BES/MDS? Maybe the files are too large?
