Question new mail notification on Transport.More

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I am trying to develop a program to read mail using the message API's, and I have implemented the Transport.more. I have run into a snag. When the BB retrieves more of a email, the vibrator goes off and the email is flagged as unread again. When using the BB email client, this does not happen. I have narrowed it down that since the email is open on the BB client, it doesn't notify of the additional text. If the email isn't open, it performs the notification.

Does anyone know a way to force the BB to think that the email is open, and not notify the user/set unread??

Thanks for the help
Steve
