After paying $100 and getting the it, how many times to use it to sign same application?

Because after deployment and running application we may want to change some things. So, in that case do we need to buy new key again?

Also, after signing .cod, is there any limitations about number of devices that it can be deployed?

Once you pay the 100 bucks you can sign as many applications as many times as you want that can be deployed on as many devices you want.

Not quite true. You're limited to only 2 billion plus signatures.

Also, when I load .cod file to signature tool, related columns of all rows write "Not required", I mean for signature. But, when deploy it to device it gives common error that is about signature.

So, after buying key, do I able to sign it, although all of them write "Not required", I mean does tool permit me to do this?
