Question Setting background color for Mainscreen problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All,
I am setting background color for my class which extends mainscreen.I am using vertical field manager on mainscreen.I am adding 4 to 5 editfields,objectchoice fields to vertical field manager.Then i am adding the vertical field manager to my class which extends mainscreen.

I am setting background color for vertical field manager like this.

VerticalFieldManager vfm = new VerticalFieldManager(VerticalFieldManager.USE_ALL_ HEIGHT)
{
public void paint(Graphics g)

{
g.setBackgroundColor(Color.LIGHTBLUE);
g.clear();
super.paint(g);
}

};

I am overriding the paint method and setting the background color.Then i am adding some fields to this manager and finally adding this vertical field manager to class which extends mainscreen.

Background color is coming and everything is Ok.

But when the cursor is moved over the fields inside vertical field manager the color is going off and that spot which is occupied by cursor is becoming colorless. it looks very awkward.

Anybody have idea how to solve this or set the backgorund color directly to mainscreen without the cursor movement issue.

thanks in advance,
Yash
