Hi,

We have an outlook based research report system which send HTML format reports to people's inbox. Our users want to see a plain text version of the report on their BlackBerries. We have tried to use plain text alternative views, but Blackberry always try to display the HTML version and in a messed up format (no carriage returns, etc). If we send plain text emails directly to Blackberry, it works fine. But we have to send the HTML version at the same time as people will mainly use outlook to see their reports.

Has anyone tried to use alternative views on Blackberry before? Or is there another way to solve our problem?
