Default network/cpu usage

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Does the API on the device (4.1 or 4.2) provide a way to query:

a) the extent to which the device is currently using the network (i.e. whether any applications are currently sending/receiving data)

b) the device's current CPU usage level

Thanks...
