Default Blackberry Functionality

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew for a fact whether the following things can be done by a developer. Simple yes or no is fine, but if it is yes, some direction into the class or examples would be greatly appreciated.

1. Can you auto-restart your own application if it is closed (ovbiously can't within the same app, cause it is closed)? Is there any way to do this at all?

2. Is there anyway to assign a key to launch an application, or bring it to the foreground?

3. With GPS, is there any way to trigger on an event, such as going over a certain speed, changing heading by a certain amount, etc?

That is all. Thanks heaps for any help, much appreciated.

Dan.

1) I know 2 solutions for tthis:
you can not to give user functionality to close your app - minimize it instead exit. I did it myself in my apps couple of times.
you can run another small application in background, which will check, if first application is running, and restart it.

2) Question is not clear to me. You can programmatically launch application or request foreground for it using net.rim.device.api.system.ApplicationManager

3) No. but you can acquire a fix every defined period of time and check if some condition is met yourself.

Hope it will help!
