Hi,

Looking at past threads and the API docs, it seems that 3rd party java apps dont have access to the System Audio Profiles.

However, JiveTalk does seem to have this feature.

Anyone has any idea how they accomplish this ?

Further investigation of the NotificationsDemo sample revealed that if you dont add a Consequence Handler, the default one will play the tunes etc as set in the Profile by the user for the Application.

I believe this is for O/s ver 4.2 and above only (?)
