Default Anyone used RIM developer per incident Support ?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Has anyone used RIM's $250 per incident developer support ?

I dont know what kind of service to expect from this.

Do they provide sample code / or code from system apps so
that my app can eaisly integrate with things like notification profiles etc ?

Any feedback would be appriciated.

Thanks
