Hello People ,

And i want before the programs can be closed comes a field, where the user must type a password.


I tried with Dialogs, but I didn't get it.

Plz help me or give tips

Why do you need this functionality? Usually the password is needed the the application is opened.

I think you can use PasswordEditField, but you should put it in some manager that is like Dialog and push it before the application is closed...something like that..i'am not so sure

i Should make a programm, that read with a RFID reader the code, the reader send it via Bluetooth to the BB und there the Programm get the code und should it send in an E-mail
That all works very good!
For example the user should go through house and must pass some points. The user who take the BB (not the owner!!) must have this tool every time open,because the chief can look where the user are.

I hope that you understand it, my english isn't very good ;)

I tried now to make a new Screen (Third class).
I have already one. This screen was made in the MainClass extends UiApplication with the method pushScreen, but in the Second class extends MainScreen I don't get this method.
Then i tried with a fourth class extends UiApplication to start the new Screen. it compile but if i want start the new UiAppilcation comes an error which says "There is already running an Application" :(

Well the problem in the first case is that pushScreen is public final method so you can not override it in the child class if you have tried this...In the second case you can use only one class extends UiApplication i think, because UiApplication is the main class for your app as far as i know, so you should use only one class extends UiApplication logically...I think the right way in your case is like that: create your onw class extends Screen...in this class put the PasswordEditField you need...draw a rect with size you want..put the pass field there...than create an instance of that your own class in the class that extends UiApplication (your main class for your app) and when you close the app just pushScreen(myPassField) where myPassField is the instance of your class...Do you understand...Well i am not sure if this will work..i have not tried something like this...but it is just an idea...maybe there is another easy way...i have not time enough to try this ..Good luck

why not just use:

UiApplication.getUiApplication.pushScreen(new myPasswordScreen());

where myPasswordScreen extends PopupScreen?
