Maximum Content Length - MDS problem

Hi,
Im developing one network application. When i tried to download something my MDS seems to display the message

"<application.handler.http.maxContentLength = 10485760>" and the activity seems to stop. No further process is taking place.

Is there any suggestions to override this problem i checked the Config -> rimpublic.property file also.But could not trace anything.

Is this a limit set to MDS so that we cant get more contents.
