Hey guys,

Here is the problem: I have two fields in a screen, the top one is a drop-down menu and the bottom one is a list field. All i want is to have the drop-down to be always visible, even though I scroll down the list. Is there any way for me to do it without abandoning the use of MainScreen? I tried the two vertical field manager approach, the top one with no_vertical_scroll and the bottom one with vertical_scroll in a MainScreen but it does not work. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

just put the dropdown in the title area of mainscreen. instead of adding it like:

add(myDropdown);

use:

setTitle(myDropdown);

thanks for the replies guys. i actually found a solution to this problem: disabling vertical scroll in main screen by using super(MainScreen.NO_VERTICAL_SCROLL). therefore the 2 managers i define works fine now.
