Default PKZip confusion

Does the BlackBerry API have a way of zipin and unzip files in the PKZip format. I've looked at ZLib and GZip and it doesn't seem to recognize the PKZIP format when trying to unzip. Can anyone shed some light on this for me and possibly a code snipet

@ajohnsen: Seems the problem has been solved and the application Ziplorer for BlackBerry fills the gap of missing PKZip and GZip pack/unpack directly on the device. As I could see in their press release, they are also sub-licensing their program if you want to add to your own app. So you should contact them if you are interested ;)
