Default Any way to detect when the user puts the BB in standby mode?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey there,

I have a background application that needs to be notified if the device goes into standby mode via pressing the mute key for several seconds.

Any way to capture this action?

I have used the HolsterListener, etc, for other events, but I'm not finding how to do this one.

Thanks in advance.

You need to implement net.rim.device.api.system.SystemListener and use its methods powerOff() and powerUp()
