We are a software firm that specializes in BlackBerry software development. Web development is often a part of the mobile offering and we always have ongoing application development in that area, specifically Java, Xml, Xsl, and Xml Schema.

We are seeking a full time employee that is a good fit, not necessarily an individual with a great deal of experience. Attitude and character is paramount.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has been exposed to corporate culture and politics for more than 1 year.
• Very much dislikes corporate culture and politics.
• Has common sense and uses it.
• Driven to be productive.
• Questions everything.
• Not right out of college, but a year or so is fine.
• Fundamental Java experience (or more).
