I've written a Blackberry inventory tracking page for my office a few years ago. I have since changed assignment from managing the BB server to working on a totally different project. I recently loaded up the BES manager and saw how much nicer it is from when I last used it (somewhere in BES v3). All those awesome data sitting there, pretty sweet.

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to talk to BES via programming to extract some of the data? I'm using vb/asp for the site. If the server had some sort of ActiveX object I could instantiate to talk with the server, that would rock.

Kinda doubt it, but I figured it was worth a shot. Thanks!

I figured it out, and figured I'd post it here for posterity. The BES data is stored on the SQL server in a BESMgmt database. One of the views in there is "vUserConfigStats". If you do a SQL SELECT against this view (i.e. SELECT * FROM vUserConfigStats), you will get back a load of handy data about your users.
