Default Using the Email Server Simulator with Gmail

Please Login to Remove!

Could anybody walk me through step by step setting up the email server simulator for the blackberry to work with my Gmail account, or any other free email account for that matter? I just want to be able to send an email to the blackberry simulator and I can't seem to get anything to work. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
