Is there a simple way of catching the Secure API not signed error you get on the blackberry if you did not sign the .cod files? I made an application that could still function with minor limitations if the .cod files were not signed.

I tried putting a try...catch block around the code that uses those API's but I still got the error and can't run any part of the app. My only option was to comment everything each time I ported the code to the real device.

I dont think it is possible to avoid the Secure API exception by putting the functionalities inside a try catch block.. Only way to resolve this is keeping your application signed.
