Default fowarding attachment through the BES

Please Login to Remove!

hi @ all,

I have a MIDlet which stores data for flights and bookings. I want use email attachments to make this data updateable. The nicest way is with an attachment that contains my data. Therfore I have attached an own AttachmentListener and It basicly works fine, but the BES is not willing to rout my attachments content to my the device, because he doesn't know the fileending and/or content-type...
my data are base64encoded and it works fine if i put my data in the mail as Textbody and a dummy Databodypart for triggering the mail handling out of the message browser via the SupportedAtachment.

This is a solution, but not the one I have in mind. So, does anybody know a Content type, which is routed through the BES, and is free for me to use? All the text/whatever I have tried resulted in the fact that the data was shown plain in the mail, without being marked as attachment...

Thx
