Default URGENT - T-mobile and JSR-179 - 09-26-2007, 06:54 AM

Hello,

The sales rep from t-mobile is due to call me back in half an hour to confirm that I want to buy the 8800g but before I do I just wanted to double check that the T-mobile version is compatible with JSR-179 and that I can access GPS with it?
I know that the 8800 is compatible but before I sign up for this 18 month contract with the sole purpose of developing apps with JSR-179 I wanted to make sure.
Has anyone had experience using JSR-179 with T-Mobile 8800g?

Thanks

Natasha

EDIT: I am referring to UK T-mobile

JSR-179: Location API for J2ME.

A little out my league here.

Moving to Developer's Forum.
