Short Description:
Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques and previous experience to provision/reactivate/support Blackberry devices utilizing the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Console Interface for the TWC employee customer base.

Complete Description:
Position Summary

Essential Job Functions:
Provision/reactivate/support Blackberry devices utilizing the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Console Interface. The specialist will use Remedy to document support activities.



This position will require regular interaction with various support groups and end-users at all levels.

Job Requirements:
Excellent ability to troubleshoot, document and resolve issues pertaining to Blackberry. Must have previous BlackBerry Enterprise Console experience and previous Blackberry support experience.

The candidate will have a strong commitment and demonstrated history of outstanding customer service skills.

Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively; be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Must develop a strong knowledge of products, features and

services and how our customers use them. Needs the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and complete specified tasks on time. Needs the ability to communicate status both orally and in written form effectively. Must have

excellent team working skills in a fast paced setting. Must be able to work flexible schedule from 07:00 am to 7:00 pm (Mon - Fri)

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous server administration experience in Windows, Exchange, roles is desired. Certifications in Microsoft or Network disciplines are a plus.
