This position will provide technical leadership and support for various aspects of the Federal Reserve System's BlackBerry infrastructure in a Lotus Notes/Domino email environment. This position will assist in providing superior, end-to-end e-mail operational support and business continuity.

This position will undertake complex projects requiring specialized technical knowledge and may assume project manager responsibilities. Responsibilities will also include consulting with customers to determine requirements, providing research and testing of new wireless devices, and ensuring system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.

Job Description
Required skills:

Minimum 3-4 years of previous BlackBerry administration experience is required.
Strong Intel operating system (Windows NT and 2000) skills
Strong BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) administration skills
Working knowledge of BlackBerry Desktop Manager and various BlackBerry device models
Working knowledge of Lotus Notes Administration tools to manage and monitor the server environment
Demonstrated, exceptional communication and presentation skills
Superior user documentation and training skills
Strong project management experience specifically managing and completing concurrent projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Occasional travel will be required
Occasionally provide off-hours on-call support, in line with the GLC's service level commitments.


Preferred skills:

Working knowledge with Lotus Notes e-mail security and virus scanning
Working knowledge with Lotus Notes troubleshooting methodologies
Knowledge of e-mail content filtering products
Knowledge of wireless industry trends and developments

71,500.00 - 114,700.00 USD /year
