InterNoded, Inc - Wireless & Domino Systems Engineer Waltham, MA
InterNodeds Managed Services division provides implementation, support, and consulting services to our hosted and
remote-administered customer base. Customers include Fortune 500 organizations and small-to-medium businesses.
This systems engineer will work within the Managed Services team while consulting with customers and internal
resources on implementation and upgrade projects, testing and implementing new wireless messaging technologies, and
supporting customers infrastructure.
This is a hands-on and highly visible position with a great deal of influence within InterNoded and our large and diverse
customer base. You will be challenged daily with initiatives and problems of varying degrees of difficulty and complexity.

Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of Domino and BES
Provide third-level problem escalation for wireless & Domino issues
Provide administration and user management services in an escalation model
Provide customers with professional consulting services around Domino and BES assessments (health-checks),
installation, upgrades, and design.
Perform product research and testing
Be able to effectively make influential recommendations around deployment, configuration, and support of
wireless messaging products (BES, GMM, ActiveSync, etc)
Up to 20% Travel (consulting engagements at customer sites)
This position requires the entire gamut of experience with messaging technology and services. Please apply only if you

Expert-Level Technology and Discipline Experience:
IBM Lotus Domino design, implementation, configuration, upgrades, support
BlackBerry Enterprise Server design, migration, implementation, configuration, upgrades, support
Windows Server installation, configuration, support
Experienced Professional be able to work effectively with users and prospective customers of all types,
including novice end users, senior executives, and other expert-level technologists.
Consultative Services provide consultative services to customers of varying size (from SMB to Fortune 50).
Support Escalation previous experience providing escalation support for complex, multi-cause problems
Significant Technology and Discipline Experience:
Microsoft SQL Server SQL installation and configuration, and database migration (as they relate to BES)
BlackBerry Handhelds experience supporting a large, diverse customer base with BlackBerry handhelds
The following experience is highly desired:
Windows Virtual Server 2005 installation, configuration, and migration of VMs to other Virtual Server hardware
Microsoft Exchange 2003 installation, configuration, and support
Sales Engineer experience working in a Sales Engineering capacity is highly desired
Wireless Messaging Experience other than BES Motorola GMM, Nokia IMS, Visto, Windows Mobile
Training Experience providing informal, collaborative training and/or traditional classroom training
