Default EEM IT Policy Disabling BIS HTML Mail - 03-10-2009, 06:51 AM

I think there is something with Exchange My Mails IT policy on the Blackberry that disables or restricts HTML on BIS. On their website they state that if you are not getting BIS HTML mail, it is an AT&T issue, but test another account on another providers BES and after activation, I had the option to do HTML mail on both BES and BIS. However, after migrating my Blackberry back over to their services, HTML mail under BIS is disabled once again.

I think they need to examine this. I know on BES it was said it could cause problems, but on BIS, I don't see what the problem is, unless it's all or none, and you can't choose which way you want to restrict it.

If I am wrong, please advise.

Thanks.

Glenn

I have the same problem with their IT policy restricting HTML email on BIS accounts. The option became locked when I activated on their BES.
