I am using BlackBerry bold 9000 with Destop Manager Ver. 5.XX, i can not reconsile my email message from my laptop to my Blackberry device, "RECONSILE EMAIL MESSAGES" icon is fade out in Destop Manager. Please advise how to reconsile my email message to my Outlook in Laptop. Shabbir
