We have a device with this PIN 26773177 IMEI 356319.04.031516.4 and a contract of BIS trough MOVISTAR provider but when we are trying to synchro OUTLOOK with an Exchange account all seems to work fine be if I read a message on my device, then the same message in Outlook appears as not read and at the contrary, if I read a message in Outlook, does not read in the device. The device has not any kind of filter. Perhaps, it’s something related with the BIS service???
We are using Desktop Manager v 6.01 to synchro in bidirectional all itmes between device/Outlook. The account is an exchange company account.
