Okay, so, I have a silly question that probably has a long, complicated answer, but I'm going to ask anyway.
My best friend has a Blackberry. When I change my picture on Facebook or MySpace, my friend's Blackberry's page automatically changes my pic to whatever I have done.
How does it do this without being connected to the internet? A detailed explanation would be appreciated. Thanks.

Item; Black Bezel for Javelin 8900 OEM.
Purchased from;
BlackBerry Curve 8900 OEM black bezel - Cellular Nationwide Network - Cellular Accessories - 3G,
Price: $13.99 (S&H &5.00) Final Price; $18.99 USD

Order placed: Oct. 30, 2009 17:15:35 PDT
Package Received: Nov. 9, 2009

Tools/items need for this purchase: T6 Screw Driver.

Actions;
Taking your phone apart with the T6 screw driver.
(I've place a link below to a youtube video showing you how, hope it helps)
Removing the two Contacts the top of the bezel and attaching them to the new Bezel.
(These are your Lock, Mute/Standby keys)

Review;
Once received from the mailman, quickly opened and was excited to install.
Make sure you are okay with voiding your warranty and is comfortable with taking your blackberry apart.
ONLY real "challenge" was transferring the two contacts (Lock and Mute/Standby) from the original bezel to the new black one. I used a needle (T-Pin to be exact) to pry the contacts off and place them.
Put the phone back together and and booted it up. Called a couple of people to made sure the sound quality was sending and receiving the same, had no problems.
So far I love how my phone looks, one solid color.
External fits correctly, no problems sound quality wise. Everything seems just as is.

Note: Taking your phone apart voids any warranties you have on it, so do at your own risk. (the warranty sticker is placed on the upper left screw hole, once taken off the warranty is voided.)

Hello,

I'd like to use a bluetooth keyboard with touch-pad or something like trackball for my BB Bold.

I am driving a lot and using my BB all the time. Replaying to emails. Searching the intranet the web. Basically while i am driving i am all the time on it.

I have to do it coz of my business. I dont want to use my Laptop and or wireless card if not necessary. I'd rather prefer the keyboard.

I was looking all over the net and i just found a BT keyboard for the BB but without touch-pad.

Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to assist and/or comment. I have recently purchased a blackberry tour with verizon. I was LOVING it until...

The keypad has now decided to not work AT ALL.:cry: I used to have a curve and I experienced the EXACT same problem. The trackball works (except the push down command) but the keypad does not function at all. I have tried battery pulling, pressing down various combinations of buttoms, holding various combinations of buttons. etc.

It's extremely frustrating. :x Same problem, twice. Have missed important meeting calls and two appointments already. BlackBerry, in a sense, has ruined a part of my life. :?
Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Blackberry forums! I'm really excited for you helping me out, Here's my problem.

Recently I've migrated from my iPhone to a blackberry Curve. I was at the movies last night and watching SAW 6, Jumped out of my seat with the blackberry in my hand and it took a spill to the floor.. No scratches just the scroll ball and ring fell off (not the actual ball, like the ball and the device attached to it). I put it back on and it snapped in, but for some reason, The scroll ball isn't clicking as much as it has before hand..

Should i purchase a replacement off eBay or anything? What should I do?

Thanks!
