Basically its a pay as you go phone but she gets free skype to skype calls and free skype IM.

We are looking to upgrade her phone but she doesnt want to lose the Free skype or go on a contract. Has anyone got any suggestions? If we use the "3" sim card in an unlocked WM or symbian phone does anyone know if you would still get the free skype?
