Default 7100t Speakphone glitch just GOT BIGGER - 10-06-2004, 04:35 PM

In reference to my last post:

"Has anyone else realized that if you are on speakerphone and then end the call without turning it off, the next time you make a call and want to activate speakerphone, the icon in the upper-left shows speakerphone but it is not in fact on. In fact the option when pushing in the track-wheel says "Activate Handset," so to turn speakerphone on you must first "Activate Handset" and then "Activate Speakerphone.""

For those of you who complained that you hear the signal in the speakerphone even after you hang up from a conversation, if you forgot to shut-off the speakerphone, then after you hang up, speakerphone remains active and you will hear the sending and receiving of incoming voice or data coming from the speaker.

Default I noticed this too... - 10-11-2004, 11:00 PM

....one of thew few glaring glitches I have seen in this device since I've had it in my hands for the last 7 days. Slowly becoming disappointed with this thing (but then again, I just had an argument with my girlfriend so I shouldn't comment on anything at the moment.) ;)

Cheers,
Mason
